Phase I
Foundation
Fall in love with the ball.
- First touch and close control
- Coordination and balance
- Confidence with both feet
To advance: Comfortable receiving and carrying the ball under light pressure, both feet, head up.
The Progression System
Every player trains at a phase and earns the next one. No guessing where your kid stands, no training without a target — a promotion here is earned on the field and celebrated at home.
Phase I
Fall in love with the ball.
To advance: Comfortable receiving and carrying the ball under light pressure, both feet, head up.
Phase II
Master the ball so the game slows down.
To advance: Technique holds up at game speed: clean first touch, accurate strikes, works out of tight spaces.
Phase III
Make the game happen instead of watching it.
To advance: Consistently makes the right decision quickly, and their team plays better when they're on the ball.
Phase IV
Train like the level you're going to.
To advance: The top of the pathway — maintained, not passed. Preparation for club, academy, and college football.
Every player's first session is an evaluation: we map their game, place them in a phase, and set what promotion takes. From there, every session has a target — and when your coach promotes them, you'll know the moment it happens.
