Services

NXT Phase LLC (“NXT Phase”) provides soccer training services, including private sessions, small-group sessions, after-school programming, camps, and membership programs, at Heroes Community Park in Lake Nona, Orlando, FL and other announced locations.

Session times shown on our booking pages reflect standard availability and are confirmed individually. A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from us and payment has been completed.

Memberships & Billing

Membership programs are offered as 3, 6, or 12-month commitments, payable in full or in monthly installments. Monthly billing carries a 3-month minimum commitment.

A payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; NXT Phase does not store your card details.

Program pricing, inclusions, and schedules may change; changes will not affect a commitment you have already purchased.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Members may reschedule sessions without a fee with reasonable notice. For non-members, sessions cancelled less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

Weather: outdoor sessions cancelled by NXT Phase (weather, field closure) will be rescheduled or credited, never lost.

Sibling & Family Pricing

Purchased sessions may be split between family members, except group sessions.

Referral & Sponsorship Programs

Referral rewards and sponsorship packages are governed by the descriptions on their respective pages. NXT Phase may modify or end these programs at any time; earned rewards are honored.

Liability

Participation in athletic training carries inherent risk. All participants (or their parent/guardian) must accept our participation waiver before training. See the Waiver page for the full text.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, NXT Phase's total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
